Has anyone had a bad experience on an all inclusive trip to Cancun involving Travelocity? Did you resolve?

Honeymoon trip. Taken to the wrong hotel and told that they must stay here. Would not take the couple to the correct hotel. Had checked with hotel x2 before trip to make sure everything was ok. Also side trip was messed up. It has been almost 6 months and I cannot get any resolution on this trip. Travelocity keeps saying they will get back to me. Help! Over $3000 spent on this trip and it sucked.

    If consumer relations is not helping you- there is a higher rung on the ladder where you can get a quicker response.
