i took a test one day before missed period which came back negative however the past week i have had sore b*****s, and nasua a few nights in a row... now expected day of period no sign of it yet however not as sore of b*****s- is there still any hope for this month? i've heard of people not getting a positive until like a week later- any help appreciated

The same thing happened to me. I was pregnant. HPT cannot always detect pregnancy as early as they claim. Take another test.

Yeah, I would advise you to wait a few days to a week after your missed period, take another test. If it comes up neg and you still think you're pregnant, go to your doctor and get a blood test. Some doctors won't do a blood test until you actually miss your period though.

i had a friend that had three false neg after she missed her period. went to the dr and low and behold she was prego.

You may have tested too early for the test to detect pregnancy.  It happened to me.  First test I took (which was early), I got a negative and two days later I got a positive.  Test again for sure! Baby dust!
