  1. yes, I have. As I sat young and lonely with three young babies to care for I was scared and alone in my trailer. I lived in a trailer park and my husband had gone to prison. After the children were in bed I got on my knees and prayed to Jesus and the room lit up I was filled with the holy spirit and never felt such peace in my life. I could love my neighbor, I was patient and calm. This change in me didn't last but a few months and then I had dreams of heaven and h**l that were paralyzing two nights in a row. I made some mistakes and could not forgive myself, I lost this Holy Spirit that was in me, and eventually lost alot more. But I will never forget the love that was with me for that time. (More recently I have had an out of body experience but no changes occurred in my beliefs)

There were experiences as a child with oujias and seances, spirits were disturbed and seems children are more vunerable to them. I was. An older relative practiced these things with me.

  2. Yes.

One day 11 years ago I was an athiest who thought spiritual people were crazy. then the next day I had an OBE that turned my world view upside down and inside out.

When I was a child I had many paranormal encounters, but I had fallen into the trap believing they were just my imagination because my guardians thought they were.

  3. 3 yrs ago ,  corporate job, great job, plenty of money, many "trendy" "friends" a handsome and loyal steady boyfriend I didnt appreciate, and more material possesions than any human needs, I was so self absorbed it was digusting. Then almost in just one day I lost it all and was diagnosed with cervical cancer. wallowing in self pity I was sitting by myself at a cafe a scruffy young women came up and sat next to me. I learnt she had little if any money, had a child severely ill in hospital, andand come from what seemed a "rough" crowd.

She was such fun to speak with and was like a long lost friend. She asked if I would come with her to her favourite shop a few blocks away so I obliged. There we were walking down the street laughing side by side, I caught our reflection in a shop window and realised we were on opposite ends of the spectrum, sharing the same happiness. People stared in curiosity at us! and I didnt care for once.

In the shop she bought soething but told me I couldnt see it til we were out, I opened the bag and it was a smallpewter stone in a velvet case, with an angel carving in it. There was a verse also on the front of its package "harmony" "an angel to restore balance and tranquilty in your life"

All I could think was how selfless this woman was, so I told her I was going to get her something in return she politely refused but i insisted and said id meet her back in front of the store in 5 minutes.

She agreed. I got back before ten minutes and I could see her in the store as I approaced.

through a sea of people around in the busy shopping arcade. I got in the store but she had simply dissapared, vanished, the shopkeeper said no one was even in the store. My head was spinning.

I moved away from the city ,almost a year later I met my now fiancee, regained my health, regained the strong bond Iused to have with my mum as a child and gave birth to the daughter i was told i would never be able to have. And couldnt care less about social staus, money or the latest in heels!

I will never forget this lady, and my life has never been so peaceful and tranquil and full of love!

I am baptised a catholic however I cant say Im a "practicing catholic" even after a life of catholic schooling! but this event gave me some "belief"

I still have the pewter angel stone she gave me, I will treasure it always.

I belived in nothing, but she will always seem to me like an angel that was there to guide me in a time of need.

  4. It's worth more than a trip to visit holy hill on White road, off route 20, Conyers, GA.  Although that site belongs to Catholics, but it doesnt matter what's religion of visitors.  Silver rosary beads, silver cross can turn into gold, prophecy vision,  healing, holy rosy smelling; etc.

Postcards from Bob Jones University's museum in Greenville, SC can also do wonderful paranormal.

  5. Yea...when m I was a kid, my anut was playing with an ouiji board, when the table flew up and pinned he to  the wall...for ..a..long ...time.....Lesswon...don't play with DEAMONS!

  6. I've always thought that this stuffs kinda cool.

When i was 3 or 4 i woke up really thirsty and i was crying for somebody to get me a drink when my grandma came and asked me what was wrong, she put a glass of water on my dresser and left to go back to her house (she lived above us).

When i went to get the drink my hand went through the cup and i was freaked out so i went back to bed.

I've been told that since i was so young it was a dream, but its sticked around for 12-13 years.

and i've had a handful of dreams that in some way or another have come true

  7. Well... years ago each of us in my immediate family on separate occasions heard a cat we had lost some months before. I actually had it happen two or three times.

Other things have happened as well...one that we are sure was the cat that occurred for quite a while off and on. Other things periodically through life that I've never been able to explain. Always a skeptic with a good sense of logic and figuring stuff out, so the only occurrences I believe more are those I never figured out any other answer.

However...was always an atheist, still am. It's my own opinion that if these things are real, I don't see them as having anything to do with deities, religion, or anything else of that sort.

  8. After my dear mother passed away, the TV in my bedroom would make a clicking noise as if the power was being turned on and off in the wee hours of the night. Sometimes, the table lamp that had been my mother's would turn on all by itself. These incidences would often coincide with dreaming and/or thinking about my mother.  Since this phenomenon could not be explained in any other way, I firmly believe in a spirit world after death.
