Has anyone had a problem with their Samsung Glyde? ?

For some strange reason my phone does not work when I touch it. I have changed the senst. level. I think my phone is possessed. It answers when people call, call waiting automatically switches the call over and it freezes alot.

you should contact customer service, sounds like the phone has a technical glitch, & needs repaired!!!!!

My glyde is possessed to. If I'm trying to send a txt message the cursor thing just goes wherever it wants it's really annoying and I wish I could get a new phone like the env2

Samsung just released new Glyde software that remedies touch screen problems, enables mobile youtube, and makes the dialing screen larger. Free software update available at any company owned Verizon Wireless store, update takes about 10 minutes.
