has anyone had a bad experience with this realtor??? I heard some terrible things from my friends! and it make me scared to trust any realtors! especially this one!

If you are talking about one who operates in KW area then probably one can expect worst from this realtor. This guy just misinforms and misguides and thrust the deal upon you. I will never ever refer this guy to anyone.
