Has anyone had a ring resized that was bought from gems tv?

I bought a ring from gems tv, today i found out it needs to be re sized.

But i bought it so long ago i don't have the receipt to send it back to them for them to do it. It needs to be made bigger 6 sizes. Has anyone else bought a ring from gems tv?

you should call them and ask wat to do- same problem and have been forgeting to send it back
