Has anyone had a short break at martello beach holiday resort in clacton-on-sea?

Me,my husband and our bulldog are going in sept, so i'd like any suggestions on places to go and things to do, long walks are off the agenda due to our bulldogs breathing but any other suggestions are welcomed.

Ive never stayed there but i have seen the park and no where it is.It's just outside of Clacton in a place called Jaywick,Jaywick it's self isn't every nice its very run down and a small place.It's only up the road from Clacton so i would recommend going into Clacton for any entertainment and the beach along there is lovely very clean and it does get get packed in hot days.I have found you some reviews on the site you want to no about and it sounds ok.
