Has anyone had a wedding in February on the beach in the south??

My sister is deciding on where to have her wedding and looking for low cost alternatives. Has anyone had a wedding on the beach in the south?? Is it too cold/windy and did you do anything special for the guests during the ceremony?

I was married on feb 10th 2000 on clearwater beach in florida and it was the most beautiful day of the year.My gown was long sleeves i wasnt hot or cold My maid of honors dress was a halter and she wasnt cold at all.check out
