Has anyone had any dealing with PlaySBG.com?

Question

Has anyone used a website www.playsbg.com? The company is also called Specialist Board Game Inc.

They are based in Canada and I have sent an order to them but not heard anything back from them apart from my initial receipt. I've tried emailing and phoning but to no avail.

Anyone else used them?

See if they have a fax number or something like that.  If they don't, try calling and emailing some more.  If none of that works, it is probably a scam.  Sorry, I have never even heard of the company.
