They've said that I have potential for plus size modeling but will need training and will need to start a portfolio. I need to know whether this is a legitimate agency or if they're just looking to make money.

  1. Although I believe in freedom of speech, the fact that uninformed people are free to defame legitimate businesses is a concern of mine.  If our agency was a scam, why would we discourage over 70% of the people that apply from getting started in the modeling business? I see where one person who may have been rejected by our agency state insulting comments about models who submitted photos for our website. We do not insist that untrained and unprepared aspiring models do any training or photo sessions through our contacts although we advise them to be prepared as professional models if they expect to get regular assignments in a highly competitive industry. This person also complains that we do not list our clients. The fact is that no agency would do so knowing that competitors and ambitious models might  use the contacts for their own benefit.  We simply started this new concept as a national online national agency to try to find that best potential models that Canada has to offer by making modeling affordable so those with the most potential can get started. Any fees charged are costs quoted to us by photographers and make-up artists.

  2. Its a scam. Don't fall for them.
