Has anyone had any experience with Suboxone?

I'm doing research because I'm responding to an editorial about local methadone clinics. I'm pretty sure it's not as easy as "just walking in to your doctors office and getting a script for suboxone and moving on with your day". I think you have to be below 100mg of methadone to get on Suboxone. Anyone have experience that would be willing to share with me? Also, what are for-profit methadone clinics?
