  1. It isn't that hard to understand. There is a scattering of small studies and a huge pile of anecdotal evidence supporting the use of marijuana, but nothing that comes up to standard in terms of medical evidence. It also doesn't help to point out the potential adverse reactions to metoclopramide while ignoring those of marijuana. Unfortunately, the whole idea is so politicized that it's nearly impossible to make a valid comparison. Meanwhile, metoclopramide has been used widely and successfully for a couple of decades.

  2. I was prescribed Reglan to control chronic nausea due to Diabetic Neuropathic Gastro Paresis. This med actually causes nausea. Inhaled cannabis vapors is the most effective form of nausea control with the safest toxicity record of any other drug. Marinol 5 or 10 mg is next. At age 54 and on disability, choose to use the most effective and safest form of nause/vomiting control, Medical Marijuana. All the listed meds like Reglan and others all have two thing's in common, they cause rather than control chronic nausea, and if enough is taken they are fatal. Reglan causes parkinson like shakes that are irreversible if used on a regular basis for extended periods of time. It is beyond common sense why the USA continues to prohibit the use of marijuana even in light of scientific and medical evidence as to its effectiveness and safety..

This is just a true example
