Black Streak Remover will work.

Simple Green and Magic Eraser should do the trick.  No abrasive cleaners required. I use it to clean fiberglass ,gel coat, and vinyl.  I follow up with some 303 Aerospace Protectant on the vinyl and coat of wax on the gel coat.  Keeps the boat looking as if just off the showroom floor.

We used to use brake fluid!
