I have been living in the same house since i was 12 and as someone who never believed in ghost or WANTED to believe in them, I've had numerous things happen such as dolls getting moved and toys getting set up, also giggling and lights going on and off. I never saw anything but later when I was older and had moved out my parents said they knew our house was haunted by a little girl. They also said that once my little brother ( who apparently was always being taunted with this ghost ) hit puberty the ghost "went away." Has anyone had similar situations or could give me some insight.

  1. It could have been a spirit yes.. things like that happen in my house all the time... the other day a coin was thrown at me and hit me but no one was on that level.. its weird stuff and i do believe in ghosts.. i have many stories.. oh i just remembered, my sisters and i, along with their friends, were all in the basement, my sisters were having a sleep over (this was a long time ago) and we heard crying coming from the corner of the basement.. everyone heard it and no one could explain it.. it continued on with crying and saying "mommy" so we were all scared and went upstairs.. we didn't go back in the basement for weeks and my mom was always scared that it could be an evil spirit pretending to be a child.. she had the home blessed and it stopped..

  2. So what you are saying is that when your brother got to puberty and was no longer interested in moving dolls, setting up toys, giggling and turning the light on and off that is when the ghost went away?

  3. Children can see ghosts very well, usually until they reach the age of 8 and "world reasoning" kicks in and children can longer see them. However in some cases children can hold onto there ability and thats where we get psychics from. Ghosts are very cool, especially children ghosts. You can often hear them playing and going about there lives. I would personally tell the ghost to leave, its nothing bad, just a ghost.

  4. I was at a paranormal event back in May and the one guy that spoke and this kinda stayed with me just cause It makes you think.  He had said that he doesn't believe in Child Ghosts cause he doesn't know how God could let an innocent child be left here by itself confused and what not.  Plus he had went on to say that the bible says that the children are the first to go in the rapture. Which when he was talking about this he kinda made sense about it.  Cause he went onto explain that if a person was a homeless person that everyone ignored when he was alive and he came back as a ghost hes going to make it seem like he was a child or something playful so he wouldn't be ignored cause he didn't have that when he was living. This is just food from thought but it makes ya think.  for sure
