Has anyone had any problems with Netflix? ?

I'm thinking of getting an account . My rental place is cheap but it doesn't always have all the new releases or alot of selection for family movies.

  1. I have used Netflix on and off over the last few years and have been very happy with them.  Once in a while I would get the wrong DVD or a scratched DVD, but they would send out a replacement.  

    It does seem like when I had the service where I got 4 DVDs at a time rather than one DVD at a time that the movies came faster...but that just might be me.

    If you cancel the service, the cancellation date is the day you decide to cancel, NOT the end of you monthly billing cycle, so keep that in mind.  If you cancel, they give you a week (I think) to mail back any movies that you have out.

    The website makes it very easy to get what you want.

    It's worth the money.

  3. I really like Netflix. It's very simple to follow, and it's pretty cheap. There are no due dates or late fees either. The only problem I have with it is the fact that sometimes the movie comes, and I have lost interest in watching it. . .

  6. usually, you don't and if you do then they can be fixed pretty easily. sometimes you can get a cracked disc but you can send it back to get a replacement or you can get the totally wrong DVD (rarely happens) but that can be fixed as well.

    overall, netflix is pretty great. you should get an account.
