If so, from which perspectives did you study it? I'm particularly interested in hearing views of people who've studied Core Process Psychotherapy. Did you have any relevant background before your studies?

  1. core process psy is now becoming a main thing - understandng human nature / one's inner self, to get a better understanding of one's weakness, illness and thereby coming up with a solution to handle / cure / control the problem.

it makes a lot of sense esp when we r stressed out.  we must look at underlying causes that we may not be aware of / not conscious.

u dont really need any background - once u get into psychology, u can delve into it easily
