Has anyone had experience with Greekshop.com?

I recently purchased an item online from greekshops.com. The webpage states it would ship in 4-5 days. It has been nearly a month, but I haven't had a single response, even after contacting them twice. I used my credit card to make the purchase, so I'm becoming a little concerned.

Yea not good.  I ordered a box of 4 CD's  How hard it it to put 4 different CD's in a one box.  A B C D  Well I ended up getting CD's  A B B D  No C  It is not rocket science.  Well I did not notice it cause I had ordered several CD's from them and by the time I played the entire box the due return date was over.  I never contacted them but it still bothers me that they could not get a simple thing like that right !  Good luck !
