I never heard of this before.  but if it's a business your getting involved in, don't expect to sit around and do nothing and the company do everything for you.  That just won't happen.

A friend of mine created a blog on her yahoo 360 page on home based businesses.  A  lot of information you should read and learn about before getting involved in business.  Information on scams and what to look for, the bbb and a few other things you need to learn.
