Has anyone had lasik eye surgery?

Has anybody had any side effects?

I had lasik and it was the best thing I ever did!!! I had super bad eyesight and in about 30 minutes I was able to see 20/20. Its not that bad of a procedure and you don't feel anything but 20 seconds of pressure on each eye. Its so worth it.

They told me the most common side effect was dry eyes, but my eyes feel fine. I haven't had any side effects at all and its been a little over a year since my surgery.

my daughter was 20 when she had hers done and she had no side effects and loves it

My aunt had lasik done on her eyes. However, she complained saying she couldn't really see at night....seeing blurs. I don't trust lasik yet. Look at all the optometrists........you see them wearing glasses or contacts. I wonder why they didn't have lasik surgery on their eyes......

My parents both had it.  They now both have chronic dry eye, but it's nothing that standard eyedrops won't take care of.

i know this person that lost her eye sight cuz of lasik eye surgury, its like 1 in 1million people lose there eye sight

LASIK eye surgery is relatively safe and it can free you from glasses and contacts. I had dry eyes for about 2 months, which I guess is fairly normal but after 2 mouths they were just fine.

I just used lots of eye drops and it wasn’t really that bad.
