Yes I have. They last about half an hour or so after and then I am fine. It's your uterus contracting, it's fine. Now if you have bleeding, more than spotting call your doctor. The spotting can be caused by the little capillaries(veins) in your cervix getting bumped a bit and bleeding. Bright red blood should be checked out, even if it may be nothing. Your baby is quite safe in there unless your doctor has put you on pelvic rest, no s*x, nor o****m.
