Has anyone had paypay take money from their account with contact or reason?

Client bought goods on ebay, he recieved goods, left positive feedback, paid by paypal. Days later paypal froze funds and sent payment back to buyer without any contact or reason given to the seller.

has this happened to anyone else.?

I have raised this matter with paypal but all I get is a stone walled
