I don't doubt there are some good places to get plastic surgery in Mexico- but I personally wouldn't ever choose Tijuana to get anything done.

That would be the last place on earth I would schedule to get plastic surgery done.

Tell your mom "You get what you pay for".  

Seriously- I'd tell her to reconsider. You want medical procedures done in places that you know have proper credentials and can be held accountable if things go wrong.  Tijuana ain't the place.

Just because its tijuana doesnt mean shes gonna have a bad experience...did somebody else that she knows have surgery their? Referred by somebody...u just cant show up at a plastic surgery dr and say u want it their...u have to research that Dr! I know a good Dr plastic surgeon in Rosarito Mexico...its about 15-20 minutes from Tj....i know 3 people that have had surgery with that Dr...very good..(Tummy Tucks) and they look like Barbies NOW! But ur mom probably already left a deposit their! I forget the Dr's name...but if u go to Rosarito just ask and almost anybody will point u 2 that place...if they do point u towards that place its a very nice building(beige with rocks on the walls  outside...cant miss it...probably the best looking buliding in Rosarito! But dont believe me...research that place or any Dr. before surgery....look what happened to Kanye West mom! I knew a person in Ca that had surgery and went into a comma for a month....b careful!! And if are intrested in that Dr in Rosarito email [e-mail] i will look himup 4 u!
