Has anyone had problem getting money back from" gaming extreme" regarding wii fit.?

they had phone no which no one answered and now they dont have ph no on website and they dont answer email either.

I've never dealt with gaming extreme, but have had a look on their website and I'm amazed there's no phone number or fax.  I had the same problem with a different store last year and was told by trading standards that a website had to give a number for contact in its terms and conditions.  I suggest you try your local trading standards, and explain that they have no phone no - they'll advise you what to do next.  Good luck, and don't give up until you have your money back

  3. You should never purchase anything from a website that doesn't list a working telephone number. Keep bugging them...if you can't get anything out of them, contact the Better Business Bureau.
