Has anyone had problems dealing with Verizon for their phone line repairs?

They keep saying that they are coming to fix the phone lines and then they don't show up? The next day they promise to come and again don't show.

Thats odd. They usally come right away when they say they are. Call and tell a representative that you want to talk to a supervisor. (Even if they try to convince you they will help - don't buy it - that should get a technician out the next day for ya!

Theres been things in the local news about their bad customer support. The company I work for just dropped verizon because of it
