Has anyone had problems getting motorcycle parts from Parts Direct?

I orderd pipes for my Harley Fatboy they took the money off my card at the speed of light,but 2 weeks later i call them thinking they got lost in shipping and they tell me they have not been shipped yet and they have them in stock.Stay away from Go Parts Direct.com

I get my aftermarket parts through Jireh cycles, they don't bill until the order is filled, and they ship faster than others, and their prices seem to be lower too.

Before chalking  up Go Parts Direct.com as a lost cause, make sure to contact your credit card company in order to stop payment on the credit slip.  The basis for canceling the transaction is due to not receiving the goods in a timely manner.
