I tried their trial membership on 4/12/08 and had two days from that date to cancel the trial membership. I have used their cancellation webpage that request a member #, email address and card # which I indicated. It comes back, no membership found. I then called the 866 customer servicef number and you get an intial greeting and then put on hold forever. I don't know what else to do. Please, if anyone has had a problem with these indiviuals or similar problem, please let me know.
