Has anyone had problems with Samsung..?

I recently bought a T10- good mp3 player but the software sucks. Every time I recharge it, it wants to hook up with Samsung media/Emodio or whatever they are using this week- they keep changing. And their sites are abysmal. Korean badly translated into English so there is no way you can understand. Have you had similar problems with Samsung..?
