Has anyone had problems with StartLogic web hosting?

I cannot get them to fix a problem that I have with posted pictures.

I don't have experience with them but I own eVentureBiz.com. We are a different kind of hosting company in that I leave the hosting tech stuff to others while I personally get involved helping people when I can.

OMG they suck!!  Try hostgator instead, startlogic has really BAD support...run now, trust me on this.

Check out www.tophostreviews.blogspot.com  They offer the best comparison shopping for hosting, domain purchasing and the sort.  I personally like the first one on the list because they offer it all and it is affordable.  They also offer sitebuilder where you can create websites with ease.  You can also host unlimited domains under one account.
