  2. me never but i seen it in my bosses tank i think it was a 25gal they didnt kill each other one stayed on one side and the other on the other side they never got close to each other if they did they run away from each other

they where about 4 inches each

its wierd i put 2 red tails in my 50gal a they started fighting

and dont listen to the d**k head above me its possible to keep them together

  3. they get to be 6inches long,  they are very territorial and aggressive at their own kind, should be kept alone, or in a similar group of other fish that are same aggression and at least same size.  other fish need to have plenty of shelter when it comes to the heavily planted aquarium as it patrols the tank.  their tempers increase with age, and will need more room in bigger tanks away from other fish.  It has been done that they do coexist in their group to answer your question, but it is only because of the bigger size aquarium that they develop their own territories.

  4. These are fish that shouldn't be kept together or with red-tail sharks.  They are very aggressive toward one another, atlthough they may get along when small.

  5. they might be ok when very small but the bigger they get the more Territorial they will become
