  1. Hi there Digital Bath,

Yes i know of one. Before becoming a weight-loss drug, Duromine was used to begin with as an ant-psychotic medication.

However, it is addictive and if taken for more than 2 or so months, can have adverse effects on people who tend not to be psychotic.

So one to steer clear from I would say.

  2. My previous doc had me on several anti-psychotics, such as Zyprexa, Geodon, and Risperdal.  All horrible for me. With some of these, I wasn't able to function for days after only one dose.  Of course, your mileage may vary.

For me, good old Xanax is the only thing for anxiety.

    Good luck.

  3. I tried Risperdol to little effect, but the Trazadone works well for me at night. I used them combined with Lexapro and Xanax.

Now I am on Seroquel + Lexapro + Wellbutrin for depression but the anxiety is gone. Good luck!

  4. You don't need psychotics for anxiety severe or or not, have you tried the usual like Xanax, Ativan etc? First?  The severe ones made me worse off  Talk to your Dr. See a Psychiatrist to get your meds in order they know more about it, i finally did and feel great.
