  1. No,I've tried all herbs,I've found that predisone 10 mg. a day,Lodiene XL 1200 mg.Ultram 400mg. and tyenol 4000 mg. a day really helps me manage to work.

  2. I don't suffer from migraines, but ginger helps me manage other pains in my body - I slice up fresh root and put it in a cup of boiling water with a teaspoon of honey. Ginger dulls the pain receptors in the brain and assists in blood flow, as well as alleviates nausea. If you suffer from nausea with migraine it will definitely help. Try burning ginger essential oil too. I even find it can pick up my mood if I'm feeling blue! It won't do anything negative so give it a try. Even it doesn't completely alleviate your pain it will probably help to lessen it and so assist in management. Also glucosamine supplements and fish oils are great for lubricating joints and helping to reverse arthritis. Fish oil has also been found effective in helping with migraines. Good luck!
