Has anyone had their driver's license expire while travelling and couldn't get home? What did you do?

My grandma just arrived and was allowed to check-in with an expired driver's license and a picture membership card but now that she's here we don't know what to do or who to contact to get a valid I.D. for her to return home.

Grandma's fine!!  She will be able to fly back, but she will go through a security check of all her items. If she has a voters registration card, social security card, or birth certificate that will help her because she will need a government issued ID.  If not she will be able to travel back it's just going to take her a little longer through security.  No Worries!!
