***I KNOW THIS IS THE WRONG SECTION BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING IN THE RIGHT SECTION SO PLEASE HELP ME!!!***

I have to be put to sleep in order to have work done on my mouth for complicated reasons and I want to go to school the next day because it's my first day! I have been put to sleep before but I don't really remember it so I have a couple questions!

1. How long does it take for the bleeding to stop?

2. How did you feel the next day?

3. Were you able to do things afterward like the next day?

  1. Usually when I go to the dentist, the day after I don't feel like talking that much. If you are the same way on the first day of school, just tell your friends that you aren't feeling well because of the appointments at the dentists office. :) I think on the 2nd day of school you will be fine. You can ask your dentist. They will not have a problem with you asking, so ask your dentist. Their answer will be more precise.

  2. Mine took a few hours to stop.

The next day I was drowsy.

Yes, but I mean, I had just gotten surgery removing a muscle making my teeth crocked, and so, the teacher felt to bad to call on me.

  3. i honestly wouldn't no....sorry!

  4. well i know when i go to the dentist..the next morning is when i start to feel a pain and my mouth hurts..umm you can do things afterwards..its not like you've died you'll probably feel a little different but nothing major and if you dont think about it..it wont be so painful. =]

  5. how about do it 2 days beore school

  6. it all depends on how the stuff effects u lik wen i got it done i woke up and everyone was lik r u okayy can u walk im lik dude i could sprint in a strait line so i just went on with my day lik normal. as for the bleeding it can stop after one day ask if u can sleep with the gause in ur mouth so itll stop faster also this is gross but i didnt sleep with it in and i had 4 pulled so i had the nastiest scabs? i guess ud call them they were lik hanging everywhere in my mouth and i would gag on them it was sooooooo gross so anyway u can prob go to school the next day just see if u can sleep with the gause

  7. It depends on what kind of mouth operation it is.  But if they are putting you to sleep, it would be best to take a couple days off of school, so you don't create an infection.  Follow the dental surgeon's instructions, even if he says no first day of school.

  8. yeah it last hours, next day you don't feel the effects dough but You might have droll and have some pain take pain killers youll be fine by the end of the school day

  9. your not gunna be able to go to school the next day bc you will still be tired from the anesthesia, you will be very sleepy or you will be fine it works different on all people, and it also depends how much they put in you

  10. When I had work done on my mouth, I was feeling terrible for about 2 weeks. The bleeding took a few days to stop, and I had to spend a few days afterward in bed. In other words, going to school probably isn't the best idea. Sorry! :(

  11. I got my wisdom teeth out and I had to get put under, and the next day I went shopping. Just make sure that you put a lot of gauze where it is bleeding,  and don't take aspirin because it is a blood thinner. It should stop enough for you to go to school.

    Answer mine?

  12. It depends on what you have done as to when bleeding stops. You feel a little groggy the next day from anesthesia and possibly some pain (also depending on what is done). You should be able to do everything normally except maybe eating and talking (also depending on what is done) Good luck.

  13. I had my wisdom teeth out and I was put to sleep.

The next day my mouth was all swollen and I was in pain but I still talked normal.
