I was playing tennis and felt a scrape or pop when going after a shot. My calf muscle just hurt and I limped to the sidelines. It hurt all the way up my leg and into my ankle/foot. I limped to the car and started to pass out. Others then helped. Three days later, I'm still limping, although it is much better. Wondering if anyone else has had this, and what they did to get better. P.S. I know know that I should have stretched before playing.
