  1. the wii is a very bad quality system which is why this is happening, the game cube would have never done this, and I have also had more problems on my wii. But nintendo is very good about doing repairs, they usually take only 2 days for the repair, the rest of the time is for shipping and that depends on where you live, it should take you about a week and a half for the total time your wii will be gone.

you can schedule a repair by calling 1800-255-3700 at nintendo customer service

  2. Before you decide to send it in, try to determine whether it's the console or the game. Is it only happening with one game, or is it happening with every game? If it's only one game, chances are that you have a faulty game disc.

Call Nintendo's customer service helpline and explain the problem. Their number is printed on the back of every Nintendo game manual. Nintendo is usually pretty good about repairs...when I accidentally overheated my Gamecube, they sent me a refurbished one in less than a week. If you're still under your one-year warranty, they'll fix it for free.

  3. Here is a link you will want to go to:

    http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems...

Good luck & I hope ours doesn't start doing that!

  4. iam also having this problem. i think the best solution would be to sent error message and launch of complainn.

  5. Sorry, I don't think I could  have you on fixing that error but sending your wii back would only take 1-2 weeks.
