  1. I tried two years to get pregnant after I had my daughter. I had one miscarriage which I was completely devastated over.. it was so hard to understand why getting pregnant was so hard, when my daughter happened well.. unexpectantly.

I read books and books about it but I found one book called Taking Charge of your Fertility had the best answers and best ways to predict which days you will be ovulating. It comes with a software also. I followed the "program" for two months and I was pregnant.. I'm due in a week.. (yay) Its not very cheap but I think it was worth it.

  2. This sounds really silly . . . . but we stopped trying and it worked! Lol.

It took us 11 months of trying to get pregnant with our 3rd, then we were waiting to start fertility treatment the following month. As soon as we stopped trying for that month it happened! In other words, as soon as we relaxed and forgot about it it worked. So that's my secret tip!

  3. _ eat healthy & make sure your partner does too.

_ if either you or your partner have a few pounds you could live w/out -- try losing a couple..

    _ excercise

_ relax.. & don't worry over it. IT DOESNT HELP..

    _ pray (if you're religious)..

_ learn how to track your cycle & know when you ovulate

_ keep a journal of your cycle for a couple months so when the time comes it'll work

There's a lot you can do, but most importantly .. "let it happen". As hard as it sounds, it does happen. Good luck...

  4. I have PCOS so treating myself as a diabetic (because of insulin resistance causing the PCOS) by cutting out the carbs like breads, pastas, cereal, sweets and rice...I lost 50 lbs and finally got pregnant.  So really just the low carb eating and working out 30 minutes a day atleast really helped me getting pregnant after trying for a long time and even trying fertility drugs that didn't work.
