Has anyone had trouble with best buy in their neighborhood?

i live in the central valley and the best buy here is horrible. at a corporate level they are just as bad. i am wondering if bb is so big it doesnt need to care how their customers concerns are resolved. this particular bb has gotten bad reviews on the local scale and i was just wondering if its just ours or if othere bb's are the same way.

I've been to two different ones several times, and yes, they have been troublesome, though the one in Fayetteville (AR) is so much better than the one in Little Rock. We're getting one in my home town, too, and I'm not sure I look forward to it.
