  1. In fiscal year 2006, DHS identified 442 deportable aliens of Vietnamese nationality.  That doesn't necessarily mean that all of them were actually deported - the deportation process can sometimes take years.  That number also doesn't count Vietnamese nationals who had been identified in earlier years, but were finally actually deported in 2006.

Here is a very fun place to search for the information you want:

    http://www.dhs.gov/ximgtn/statistics/.

  2. no. sorry

  3. If a person is here from Vietnam (or anywhere else) living with a green card (permanent resident) and that person engages in criminal acts he/she will be stripped of the green card and deported.

  4. if a perm resident even those who came as refugee is not a us citizen commits certain crimes they could be deported back to vietnam. it has happened. i knew a guy from thailand that they stipped him of his pr status. if you are a naturalized citizen unless you commit murder or lie on your application little chance of being deported.

you can call 1 800 fed info ask for the immg dept no and ask them this and the law on this.

they just deported a n**i from wwii who had been here since wwii. do not do not break the laws. the govt sees this as immoral and bad character.

they could aslo be stuck in immigraiton h**l ie immigration prison forever.
