Has anyone heard about BarkWorks in California?

I was wondering what kind of place it was. They do sell puppies and most of the time puppy mills are involved. They seem to be pretty legit as their breeders are USDA(or something like that). Any thoughts?

USDA is the regulating agency for puppy mills in the US.Antone selling pups and stating they are USDA licensed I would run far and fast away from them.
