Has anyone heard anything about the scientist who discovered that you can burn saltwater?

I think it was a great discovery, I can't believe that nothing has happened since the discovery.

His name is John Kanzius.  The discovery doesn't cause salt water to burn in the sense that it creates energy, but his invention does crack the water into hydrogen and oxygen.

It needs more energy to do this than can be reclaimed by burning the hydrogen.

"Burning water" was picked up by the crazies as a new infinite power source suppressed by the oil companies etc. etc.
