Has anyone heard anything of another government economic stimulus?

Two people at my work said they heard something about head of households getting back 1000 dollars sometime in September...I have heard nothing on this nor can I find any info on it...so maybe they heard it wrong..i dunno...I do rememeber hearing the government was toying with the notion of a part two to the stimulus package...let me know if you have heard anything on either one..Thanks!
