One really big eye, one really huge body!! 80 something miles accross the eye, and over 450 miles accross entire hurricane. Went from Texas to Florida, wiped out buildings along coast the entire width. Rare hurricane in which wind damages out weighed water damages, even with the breached levees in New Orleans!!

If you are talking about a double eye wall, then the answer is yes.  It is not uncommon to see a double eyewall structure form in a strong hurricane.
