  1. I would think that if they are not answering their phone, I wouldn't deal with them.

Sound like a low level part-time company. Go with someone that has a good reputation or a Resort. Like the Oasis. A good wedding planner should answer the phone 24/7 and be able to speak English.

Don't trust just anyone in Cancun on anything if they don't answer the phone. They are out of business or don't take their business serious. Many companies come and go down there. I deal with them everyday. Usually they have problems unless they are owned by someone from the USA or Europe that have good business ethics. Mexican companies are ok. Companies owned by Spanish people are the pitts.

  2. Anyone that doesn't answer their phone and is suppose to be a business, don't walk, run.

Most resorts have their own wedding planners. This may be another option for you.

Where are you staying in Cancun?

Here is a website that may help you.

    Good Luck)

  3. Only bad things. My friend cancelled her wedding with them. Not sure why. She said she heard bad things also I think and didn't want to risk it.
