Has anyone heard of Dr Eduardo Valiente in Colombia?

A friend of mine from Colombia had plastic surgery done by a doctor there, Dr. Eduardo Valiente, but I can't find any information on him. I want to check out his qualifications and patient ratings. Has anyone heard of him? Thanks!

Don't go to Columbia for plastic surgery!  OMG!!!  Didn't you see that 20/20 or Dateline show about this???  People die!  Or at the very least are disfigured!  It's NOT worth it!  Spend the $$$ on a shrink to help you with that low self-esteem instead.

Some people go to latin american countries for plastic surgery and end up in a morgue. I am not saying that all doctors are killing their patients, on the contrary, there are some superb doctors in latin america but they are expensive just as in the States. Before thinking about cheap doctors (South America or in USA) think about you, your body and why you deserve a good doctor. If you dont even know this doctor's qualifications then please don't do it! Research well before you put your life into someone's hands, dont just think about saving some money.

I would reccomend Dr. Perez from Clinica Chico. Plastic surgery in Bogota is as a common as clipping your toe nails is in the US. Almost any woman of a social strata above 4 wants their b***s bigger, lifted, changed. Dr. Perez is the lead doctor for Colombias version of Extreme makeover. Was educated in the US and is a very good plastic surgeon. Dont forget that people die from surgical proceedures in the US, also. Here is a link to their website.
