Has anyone heard of KFC's Hillary Special????

During the Democratic convention there was much discussion about celebrity and politician endorsed or named dishes at popular national restaurants.

One of the most common was the The " Hillary Special" being served at KFC.

What is so special about the dish to earn it being named after such a prominent politician?? What's in it???

The Hillary Clinton special was "two small b*****s, two fat thighs and all left wings".
