Has anyone heard of Lonestar Subscriptions?

I ordered a magazine from them in March of this year and have yet to receive it, I researched the company online and it's a scam. I have called them and I got a "secretary" and she said she would have someone return my call. I am just curious if anyone else has had this happen to them and if they received a refund?

I had the same dilemma, "college kid" came to my door saying they would earn points for a trip if i ordered some magazines from them. I should of known that it was a scam because the average college kid is not a savvy sales person. Anyways the kid came into my house and sat on my couch and told me his name was Craig Albright. I have seen his name on ripoffreport.com so i assume its a fake name they use frequently. Anyways I fell for it and spent 58 hard earned dollars on a scam. Customer service is a joke, I think it just one woman who sits on the phone and tells people that they need to call another number for a problem resolution. I love to support local groups and kids through door to door sales but I will not do it again.
