My husband and I have been customers of Melaleuca since 2005. Our experience has been very positive.

Although the gentleman that enrolled us encouraged us to pursue the business end of things right away, we decided to be cautious and just try the products. There are over 300 products to select from and the company position is that you are not asked to spend new money, you are essentially changing stores to purchase some things that you use anyway.Their cleaning products work very well and do not contain phosphates, ammonia or bleach. The company offers a 60 day, money back guarantee (less shipping costs) for credit or exchange. We have not had any trouble getting our shipments or with any returns.

In addition to products, you can also receive discounts on things like cell phones and shopping with nationally known retailers such as Target and Overstock.com.

Because we now have a lot of experience as customers, we feel comfortable asking others to consider becoming customers. The business basically involves signing people up to become customers. Unlike many home based businesses, we will never have to stock anything, order anything, do billing or anything for the people we enroll. The new customer shops directly with Melaleuca and they handle everything.

The company is upfront and very clear about the earning potential. They tell you that this is not a "get rich quick" scheme at all. We know it will take a long time and hard work to make money. Very, very successful with proven products. They have a somewhat multi-level tier system for the income system.  Folks try and get signups, etc.  Tough to make money but they do have good products.
