Just wondering who these people are. They called me and threatned me of jail if I did not pay the $600.00 by 5pm. I just want to know if this is a leget company or not. They do not have any information on them on the net, the BBB. If anyone has heard of them please let me know.

  1. It's a scam. Did they even tell you what it was for? Even if it is for credit card debt, they cannot arrest you! If it were for taxes, they would just garnish your wages, and EVEN THEN you would be notified before hand. Just let it slide. Lots and lots of scams going on these days. Call your sherriff's department if you are really uncomfortable and report it. They may even be able to tell you if anybody else has been called by these people and have reported it. They can tell you if you have a warrant out for money owed. If they have no warrant for you, you are in the clear! You will owe nobody any money. Do not give them your money. I've gottem similar calls before. Oh, another thing.....call your local news station and see if anyone has called it in. They may have some info on it, too. Scam artists are slick. NO ONE by LAW can arrest you for not paying monies owed for anything, especially not over the phone and without prior notice to you. If you were in any trouble, the sherriff's office would have sent a warrant out for you.

  2. I haven't heard of them, but you might want to check this website out: http://www.fbi.gov/whitecollarcrime.htm

If they are threatening to throw you in jail than let them what is the worst that could happen. What would they throw you in jail for anyways?

  3. Scam..........let them do what they say.......they won't.........

  5. Someone was messing with you. They would have  given you notice by mail and a government department contact # and name to call. Pretty much, yo would've found out that you were being sued by  or arrested for wrong doing. Call the police and report it.
