Has anyone heard of a company called Midland Funding LLC.?

I have attempted to locate this company and it appears to be a ghost it appears on my credit report however the numbers listed are disconnected the addresses are also fake. Please send out an SOS

I have an address for these low life, scum bag, slime balls, they are listed on my court papers as

Midland Funding LLC, DBA in NY as Midland Funding of Delaware LLC

8875 Aero Drive Suite 200

San Diego, CA 92123

anyone having problems with this company should file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and your local consumer affairs dept. as well as your states attorney generals office, as for their so called slime ball lawyers, check your local goverment listings for a grievance committee, or your states bar association

Read this thread as it has some other people's advice in it about this shark of a company. They are BAD NEWS and about as unethical as an organization will ever be.

I did a search on Midland Funding LLC and many, many links came up. I think they might be on my credit report too - there was a very mysterious and large sum on there, that seems to have something to do with an auto, that I cannot figure out. I am going to dispute it and demand proof of whatever it is with the credit bureau's, which is all I know to do.

Good luck. I hate collection agencies, and this company goes beyond that, straight into theft. They do not deserve a dime, and I pray they have nothing but trouble.
