Has anyone heard of a good Cooking Class in Sydney?

I'm looking for something special to give my Boyfriend for his birthday and I've decided on a cooking class for him and myself. Has anyone been to a good, not overly expensive cooking class recently in Sydney? Hopefully in the Eastern Suburbs, Sydney City or Inner West?

Got just the one for you both,   Sydney Fish Markets hold cooking classes and usually there is a TV chef in attendance, it is great, you will learn so much, choose your fish, learn how to cook many dishes and sample the finished dishes with wine et c and a great day for all

I agree with Val, go the Sydney Fish Markets! you can both get there easily and I'll come too! Stop at Chinatown on the way home and pick up some ingredients you have never used before!
